Form

This section allows you to input the necessary details for estimating your mortgage payment.

• Required Fields:
  • Location Information: All fields related to the property location.
  • Mortgage Information: All fields related to the mortgage details.

Calculate:

• Once the form is completed, click “Calculate” to process the data.
• Error Handling: Any errors in the form will be displayed and block the calculation.

Results

The results provided will include four key estimates:

1. Estimated Total Payment
2. Estimated Mortgage Payment
3. Estimated Monthly Property Taxes
4. Estimated Optional Expenses

Add To Budget

• Add To Budget Button: After generating a calculation, an “Add To Budget” button will appear next to the “Calculate” button.
• Functionality: Tapping this button will update the “Rent or Mortgage” field in the Housing Information section of BudgetBuilder.
  • Entry Details:
    • Selection: “Mortgage”
    • Amount: The Total Payment result
